How to Mail Back Your Crocs

  1. Scroll down to order* your mail-back kit at no cost to you.
  2. Mail-back kit will arrive in approximately 5-7 days.
  3. Pack your old Crocs in the bag provided and stick the shipping label on an open space. Have multiple pairs? We highly encourage you to fit as many as you can in one bag. As a guide, we were able to fit five adult-sized pairs.
  4. Drop off your old Crocs at a participating UPS store near you.
  5. Get 10% Off** on your Crocs purchase as our token of gratitude.
  6. We'll take care of the rest. Gently worn shoes go to Soles4Souls to support opportunities for people in developing countries. Well-loved shoes stay out of landfills & are repurposed into something new!
